INTRO — your first dive with the instructor

Have you ever wondered, if diving is a sport for you? Dive for the first dive during INTRO - introductory dive - with an instructor, who will guide you through your first adventure in the underwater world. Our instructor will not only take care of your safety but he will also help you with equipment fitting and assembling. During the dive he will show you the most interesting underwater features and beautiful marine creatures.

The maximum depth of the introductory dive is 5 meters, but reaching this depth is not mandatory. We do our intro dives in front of Small Beach in Hel - a boat ride with a speedboat is an additional adventure! During the underwater trip, you will see the sunken canoe and interesting marine species: turbots, flounders, carbs, and “seahorses of Baltic sea”: different species of pipefish. 

Requirements:

Being at least 8 years old;
Good health confirmed in a medical statement or by a physician;
For young divers, who are not 18 yet, there is an additional requirement:
Written parent's or guardian's consent.
